An essential pigment for the master to work with the SHINE brow ruler. Used to create a warmer shade. When working with cool gray eyebrows, the first pass of orange neutralizes the cool color and allows the use of other shades from the SHINE brow line in the second pass. Can be used alone or as a concealer to cover permanent lip makeup. It is recommended to use the drop to create warmer shades of eyebrows and lips.
